For those clients with properties that require change, or have a site they wish to develop, we can provide architectural and planning advice via a network of architectural partners or through in-house expertise.

Bring Plans to Life
Where detailed plans for your new build, extension or renovation have been developed, Preston will provide a detailed evaluation of full building costs.  Since time is often money Preston also produces and works to detailed project programmes.   Both these services have been developed to better enable clients and/or their architects to manage building costs effectively during the project lifespan.
